2. Products

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product, design, print, or collection at any time without prior notice.
  • We make every effort to display colors, prints, and details accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to screen display settings or natural fabric variation.
  • Product descriptions, sizing, and fabric details are provided in good faith. If you're unsure about sizing, please refer to our Size Guide or contact us before ordering.

3. Orders & Payment

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid online payment for orders within our delivery zones.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that the shipping information and contact details provided are accurate.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
  • For COD orders, our courier partner may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in future orders being restricted to prepaid only.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
  • Delivery charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect address details provided by the customer, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@lunelle.baby with your order number and reason for return.
  • The customer needs to bear the return shipping cost.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, via the original payment method or store credit.
  • Final sale/clearance items are not eligible for return

All content on this website — including but not limited to the Lunelle name, logo, product designs, prints, photography, and text — is the property of Lunelle and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
